I integrate a Two-Eyed Seeing approach into clinical therapy by respectfully weaving together Indigenous and Celtic ways of knowing with Western clinical frameworks informed by my Bachelor of Social Work education and professional practice experience. This approach allows me to draw on cultural teachings, relational worldviews, and land-based perspectives alongside evidence-informed therapeutic modalities. By honoring both knowledge systems equally, I support clients in a way that is culturally responsive, clinically sound, and grounded in balance, respect, and holistic wellness.

Man and woman share a moment by a campfire.
